  • Sumatra (Indonesia): Heavy body and medium acidity, with hints of brown sugar and dried fruit, and a lingering finish
  • Yirgacheffe (Ethiopia): Medium body and low acidity, with a clean taste and vibrant finish
  • Honduras: Medium body and acidity, with herbal and citrus undertones, and a lingering finish, from the Marcala region. 
  • Peru: Medium body and pronounced winelike acidity, with hints of dark chocolate and caramelized sugar, with a sweet finish.
  • Guatemala (Huehuetenango): Medium body and acidity, with hints of brown sugar, vanilla, stonefruit, with a clean finish
  • Colombia: Medium silky body and bright acidity, with hints of brown sugar, citrus fruits, caramel, and milk chocolate, good balance and sweet, from the Tolima region
