Occupational Development Center exists to provide vocational training and employment opportunities for adults in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These individuals have an unemployment rate of 80 – 85%, and yet are an untapped pool of labor. The ultimate goal is to help them to transition into community-based employment, working among the general population. ODC participants are ready, willing, and able to work. Let's help them earn a paycheck as they seek more independence in their daily lives.
